Roadblocks:

Injury Solution:
work out a different area & use healing salves etc.

Plateauing Solution: Change the
workout; revamp!
·
Depression Solution: Reward a smaller
goal. Get encouragement from support group.

Sleeplessness Solution: take it slow for
a day but do something.
·
No
babysitter Solution:
Call a friend or go to the Gym after Jared gets home.
