Let's Get Fit! my goals


My Goals:
·        Regain my health and strength.
·        Get back to 115-130 lbs.
·        Fit into my Skinny clothes and look good in them.
·        Sleep better.
·        Develop better eating habits.
·        Get a Job I love in fitness.
·        “Walk and not be weary, run and not faint…”
·        Not have to take any medications

My Big Goal is:
Not have to take any Medications

Roadblocks:
·        Injury           Solution: work out a different area & use healing salves etc.
·        Plateauing    Solution: Change the workout; revamp!
·        Depression   Solution: Reward a smaller goal. Get encouragement from support group.
·        Sleeplessness      Solution: take it slow for a day but do something.
·        No babysitter              Solution: Call a friend or go to the Gym after Jared gets home.
